Requirement review
Identify the product, source, inspection, documentation, and delivery requirements before accepting a commitment.

Our quality approach connects supplier qualification, requirement review, product identification, traceability, verification, and record control. These are the foundations of the AS9120-focused quality management system we are developing for aerospace and defense distribution.
Semper Fi Services is pursuing AS9120 certification, with supporting evidence being collected in the final stages of certification preparation.
AS9120 certification has not yet been awarded. We will update this page when our certification status changes.
Our quality system is being structured around the controls needed to make distribution decisions traceable and accountable.
Identify the product, source, inspection, documentation, and delivery requirements before accepting a commitment.
Evaluate suppliers for a defined scope and distinguish company approval from eligibility for an individual order.
Define the manufacturer, product, lot, serial, and supporting-record information required for the transaction.
Address source selection, authorization, traceability, and the handling of suspect product or documentation.
Establish the checks and decision authority required before product is accepted or released.
Identify problems, control affected work, investigate causes, and document the action taken.
Maintain clear versions, approvals, access, retention, and retrieval expectations.
Use internal review, supplier feedback, and corrective action to improve the system.

A record should explain what was required, what evidence was reviewed, and why the decision was made.
Depending on the transaction, supporting records may include supplier qualification information, purchasing requirements, certificates of conformance, traceability details, inspection records, and delivery documentation.
The required record set is established by the applicable contract and quality requirements.
CMMC Level 2 security controls and assessment readiness program underway.
Our cybersecurity work supports the development of controlled information handling, access management, and protection of business and contract records. This statement describes an ongoing program; it does not claim a completed CMMC assessment or certification.
Do not send CUI, export-controlled information, technical drawings, credentials, or payment details through this website. Contact us first to establish whether an appropriate exchange method is available for the information involved.
Suppliers can review the qualification process before applying. Government buyers can contact SFS to discuss the quality and documentation requirements associated with a specific opportunity.
