Your Manufacturing Capability. Our Prime-Contract Responsibility.

Semper Fi Services works with manufacturers and manufacturer-authorized distributors to evaluate government supply opportunities. Introduce the capabilities your facility can support with evidence.

Who should apply

Original manufacturers, machine shops, fabricators, and manufacturer-authorized distributors are welcome to introduce their capabilities.

Original manufacturers

Defined products and manufacturing capabilities.

Machine shops and fabricators

Documented machining, fabrication, or build-to-print capabilities.

Manufacturer-authorized distributors

Product lines supported by written manufacturer authorization.

We are not accepting independent brokers or unauthorized resellers through this application.

Quality foundation

We are collecting supporting evidence in preparation for SAE AS9120 certification. Certification has not yet been awarded.

  • Business identity, standing, and applicable government or regulatory registrations.
  • Manufacturing capability or written distribution authorization for the proposed scope.
  • Quality certifications and documented controls appropriate to the supplier category and proposed work.
  • Product identification, traceability, and supporting records.
  • Counterfeit-part prevention practices appropriate to the product and purchasing requirements.
  • Financial and operational stability, capacity, lead times, and delivery commitments.
  • Restricted-party screening and ability to meet applicable purchasing, customer, and contract requirements.
  • Information-handling and security requirements applicable to the proposed work.

Your current certifications, their scope, and relevant capability evidence inform qualification for the proposed work.

How supplier approval works

Our supplier qualification procedure is being prepared for controlled release. The following summarizes the planned, evidence-based approval process.

  1. Introduce your company

Provide business details and a general description of manufacturing capabilities or authorized product lines. An introduction does not confer supplier approval.

  2. Define the proposed scope

Identify the products, processes, or services to be considered and their intended use.

  3. Review supporting evidence

Evaluate applicable business, quality, capability, traceability, delivery, screening, and information-handling evidence.

  4. Record an authorized decision

Record the decision, approved scope, and any conditions or limitations through the designated approval authority.

  5. Review each opportunity

Confirm current supplier status, scope, conditions, and transaction-specific requirements before relying on a quotation or releasing a purchase order. Supplier approval alone does not establish eligibility for every requirement.

Approval is subject to continued review. Changes affecting capability, authorization, quality status, or delivery commitments should be communicated to SFS.

Supplier capability profile

Introduce the work your facility is equipped to support. Brief, specific answers are welcome. Detailed qualification evidence can follow through an appropriate channel.

Capability and working limits

Describe your principal products, manufacturing processes, and materials. Authorized distributors: identify manufacturers and authorized product lines.
Summarize relevant machines, work envelopes, tooling or fixturing, and measurement capability. Give routinely demonstrated tolerances only with their material or process context; identify key outsourced operations. Authorized distributors: describe source-verification and inspection arrangements instead.
Describe your technical review and its evidence — for example, comparable work, tooling review, inspection planning, first-article results, or process data. Authorized distributors: describe how you confirm authorization, traceability, and the source’s ability to meet requirements.
Indicate prototype, low-volume, or repeat-production work, typical quantities, and approximate lead times. Note significant tooling, setup, material, or supply constraints. This is a capability introduction, not a quotation.

An application does not create approved-supplier status or a purchase commitment.
