The Mission Sets the Standard.

Government supply takes more than finding a product. It takes technical judgment, capable suppliers, and control of the details that determine acceptance. Semper Fi Services brings that capability together, from opportunity analysis through delivery and closeout.

Experience Behind the Decisions.

Thomas Smith

Thomas brings Marine Corps experience and federal construction leadership as a Quality Control Manager and Superintendent. His work includes three-phase quality control, inspections, submittals, RFIs, and coordination with USACE and NAVFAC. His background includes CQM-C, CHST, and EM 385-1-1 training.

David New

David brings a Marine Corps aviation and A&P background, technical expertise, and program-management experience. He develops the operating methods, quality-system documentation, and automation tools that support clear requirements, informed decisions, and accountable execution.

Discipline Behind Every Commitment.

Quality management. Our developing AS9120-focused quality system connects supplier qualification, traceability, verification, and corrective action. Certification preparation continues.

Standard operating procedures. Defined responsibilities and repeatable methods guide opportunity review, purchasing, inspection coordination, delivery, and closeout.

Ethics and accountability. Our ethical standards set expectations for honest representations, responsible decisions, and accountability to the people relying on our work.

Cybersecurity. Documented policies, system security plans, and managed security support guide our approach to protecting business information. CMMC Level 2 implementation and assessment preparation remain underway.

From Requirement to Closeout.

  1. Evaluate

Review the requirement, source restrictions, delivery expectations, and supplier fit.

  2. Plan

Align pricing, responsibilities, inspection needs, and required records before commitment.

  3. Coordinate

Track milestones, communicate changes, and resolve questions with the responsible parties.

  4. Close out

Review delivery and acceptance records, organize the contract file, and carry lessons into the next requirement.

A Broad Supply Focus.

Our supply focus spans aerospace, defense, and industrial products. Each opportunity is evaluated against the supplier’s capability and the contract requirements; these categories are not stocked inventory.

Aerospace hardware and components

Aircraft-related hardware and components supported by the required source eligibility and product documentation.

Fasteners and fittings

Bolts, nuts, screws, washers, fittings, adapters, and related hardware.

Seals and gaskets

O-rings, packings, gaskets, and other sealing products within a supplier’s qualified scope.

Electrical and mechanical components

Components and assemblies supported by appropriate manufacturing capability or written distribution authorization.

Machined and fabricated products

Products supplied by qualified machine shops and fabricators against applicable requirements.

Industrial and ground-support products

Industrial components and support equipment evaluated against the specific government requirement.

We do not manufacture, repair, overhaul, or modify products. Those activities remain with appropriately qualified providers.

Built Around the Work.

Our strength is the combination: experienced people, purposeful tools, and a disciplined approach to the commitment.

Technical judgment

Understand the requirement, identify critical details, and raise the questions that matter before committing.

Supplier coordination

Connect manufacturing capability with source eligibility, documentation, lead times, and the needs of the opportunity.

Program execution

Bring schedules, responsibilities, inspection coordination, and contract records into one organized plan.
